Ogden Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Family Birth Place to lead the nursing team, guide change, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with managers to drive education and staff development while maintaining safety standards and efficient unit operations.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, an AD (BSN preferred), 3+ years of nursing experience, and timely certifications (C-EFM, ACLS, neonate resuscitation, STABLE, and fetal monitoring).

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.
• Education: AD required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in relevant area.
• C-EFM, ACLS, NEOBRN, STABLE and related监控 certifications due within specified timelines.

• Lead healthcare teams; counsel, support, and direct staff.
• Chair committees, manage staffing, and oversee scheduling conflicts.
