Job summary

Probst Electric Inc. seeks a QA/QC Manager to drive quality across major electrical construction projects. This traveling role requires site visits nationwide to ensure compliance with specs, codes, and client requirements.

You'll lead QA/QC activities, develop and maintain plans, perform audits, review records, and collaborate with project teams to uphold safety and quality on large infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years QA/QC in electrical construction.
• Hands-on experience with utility line construction is preferred.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities across electrical construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Perform inspections, audits, and quality reviews to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Review project documentation, testing records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality issues, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor resolutions.
• Travel extensively to project sites as required.
