Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Durham, NC is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to support the production of pharmaceutical products in a controlled cleanroom environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and BioWorks Certification or enrollment, plus strong communication and basic computer skills. Candidates must be able to wear PPE and lift up to 45 pounds, with a 6PM-6AM rotating shift on a 2x2x3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BioWorks Certificate or currently enrolled in program is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to wear all required PPE and safety equipment.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift 45 pounds consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a cleanroom environment to support manufacturing floor team in executing production tasks.
• Safely move and handle materials such as pallets, boxes, totes, bins, etc.
• Restock materials in classified storage areas to maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.
