Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is hiring for a High Value Production Operator in Kinston, NC. The role requires working in a purified environment, donning full gowning, and following cGMP standards to process high value products.

You will rotate through multiple functions in a clean room cell and ensure strict product specifications are followed. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of cGMP experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a cGMP environment preferred.
• No minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to gowning requirements for entry into clean rooms.
• Pass gowning qualifications for entry into clean rooms.
• Maintain all required documentation for lot traceability.
• Operate pharma wash equipment and processes in clean rooms per cGMP standards.
• Ensure adherence to product/customer specifications.
• Set up and calibrate weight/count equipment accurately.
• Sample product for QA inspections and pre-delivery samples.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Operate Envision system per procedures.
• Operate steam sterilization processes (loading/unloading/packaging).
• Log data for Autoclave processes as needed.
• Perform positive pressure and cleaning requirements for cleanrooms.
• Alert Area Manager to conditions affecting production/quality.
• Operate PCs, printers, and scanners as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures.
