Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing and evaluating curriculum aligned with accreditation standards.
• Develop and maintain the department budget and teaching resources.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate faculty per college policies and laws.
• Ensure data-informed department decisions and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Schedule courses, assign faculty, and monitor eligibility.
• Lead department goals and support grants and professional development.
• Teach biotechnology courses to diverse students and provide timely feedback.
