Lonza Biologics, Inc. is seeking a Biotechnologist Operator - Cell Therapy for the night shift in Portsmouth, NH. You will support manufacturing operations in a regulated, collaborative environment and contribute to life-changing therapies.

This role offers training and opportunities to grow as cell therapy technologies advance, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork across MSAT and Quality functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology or pharma manufacturing is preferred.
• Open to candidates at all career stages.
• Knowledge of cGMP and cleanrooms is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations while following safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform manufacturing activities in controlled cleanroom environments.
• Participate in training, process implementation, and operations readiness.
• Support technical transfers and manufacturing projects.
• Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, quality, MSAT.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

Shift: 12hour shift 7PM-7AM, rotating days on 2-2-3 schedule
