Job summary

Lonza Portsmouth in New Hampshire is hiring Biotechnologist Operator - Cell Therapy (Multi Levels - Nights) to support manufacturing operations in a controlled, cGMP environment. The 12-hour night shift runs on a 2-2-3 schedule, and you will perform manufacturing activities in cleanrooms, assist in training and process implementation, and contribute to readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations is preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations while following safety, quality, and cGMP requirements
• Perform manufacturing activities in controlled cleanroom environments
• Participate in training, process implementation, and operational readiness activities
• Support technical transfers and manufacturing projects
• Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and other cross-functional teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
