Job summary

Lonza in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Biotechnologist Operator - Cell Therapy to support on-site manufacturing in a cGMP, cleanroom setting. Roles span training, process implementation, and transfers on a multi-experience-level team, working a 12-hour D/N days schedule on a rotating 2-2-3 pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Willingness to learn new processes, technologies and systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations while following safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform manufacturing activities in controlled cleanroom environments.
• Participate in training, process implementation, and operational readiness activities.
• Support technical transfers and manufacturing projects.
• Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
