Lonza in Portsmouth, NH is hiring Biotechnologists across multiple levels for on-site day shifts. You will support manufacturing operations within a highly regulated environment, contributing to the production of life-changing therapies and joining a team focused on quality and patient impact.

You'll gain experience with advanced cell therapy technologies, participate in training, and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations while following safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform manufacturing activities in controlled cleanroom environments.
• Participate in training, process implementation, and operational readiness activities.
• Support technical transfers and manufacturing projects.
• Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Shift: 12hour shift 7AM-7PM, rotating days on 2-2-3 schedule
