This role, primarily based in Pennington, NJ, involves conducting full-cycle recruitment, promoting employer branding, and engaging in campus recruiting. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, has recruiting experience in the life science industry, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Headhunter or recruiting experience in life science industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Assist in employer branding on social media and other channels.
• Develop recruiting channels for qualified candidates.
• Attend conferences/tradeshows to advertise company positions.
• Manage campus recruiting and maintain relationships with key contacts.
• Select qualified job applicants and make hiring recommendations.
• Conduct background and reference checks.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines.
• Provide support for onboarding and HR projects.
