GenScript USA Inc. in Piscataway Township, New Jersey is seeking a recruitment professional to develop and implement strategies for attracting qualified candidates. You'll manage campus recruiting efforts and partner with hiring managers to lead the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment, especially within the life sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field. GenScript is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Headhunting or recruiting experience in life science industry is a plus.
• Minimum of Bachelor degree, preferably in life science related majors.
• Campus recruiting experience & university career services relationship management experience is a plus.
• Experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to lead recruitment process.
• Develop recruiting channels to perform searches for candidates.
• Attend scientific conferences/tradeshows to advertise positions.
• Manage campus recruiting and relationships with target schools.
• Promote the company’s brand and image through campus recruiting.
• Select qualified applicants and make hiring recommendations.
• Analyze employment-related data and prepare reports.
