Bayside Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Contract TA Business Partner to join a fast-paced HR team supporting biotech hiring. You will provide full-cycle recruiting for contract and full-time roles, leveraging market data to guide hiring managers and shaping job launches.

Using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS, you will source passive candidates, screen, extend offers, and negotiate closures. This role requires 6+ years in in-house recruiting, with biotech/pharma exposure, and collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field or equivalent.
6+ years of in-house recruiting experience, including 5+ years in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, full-cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including market data insights and hiring recommendations.
Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter for a wide variety of skill sets.
Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position and benefits.
Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
