Legend Biotech, Inc. in Somerset, NJ seeks an R&D Applications Specialist to support laboratory IT capabilities, implement enhancements to R&D systems, and ensure compliance with GxP. You will maintain LabVantage LIMS/ELN, BMRAM, and related lab software.

This role emphasizes collaboration with lab teams, IT, and manufacturing, performing change control, training, and documentation, while driving efficiency and data integrity across the R&D environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 3-5 years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of GxP software administration and configuration.
• Experience with direct customer/user interaction, including training.
• Installing, configuring and supporting systems and applications in lab environments.
• Strong documentation and change-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrating and maintaining Equipment/Asset Platform (Blue Mountain RAM), LIMS/ELN (Labvantage) and other lab applications.
• Configure/enhance BMRAM and LabVantage per business requirements; ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain master data in lab systems; review method/spec changes for impact.
• Troubleshoot lab software on computers and instrument connectivity.
• Provision user accounts for stand-alone and networked equipment and software.
• Collaborate with lab, manufacturing and IT teams to capture accurate requirements.
• Perform tests: dry runs, system tests, user acceptance tests.
• Document changes and support regulatory inspections as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and ongoing training content.
