Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an R&D Intern for hands-on lab experience in filtration technologies and biomolecular analysis. You will work with scientists and engineers to support new-product development for bioprocessing, under the R&D Director, within the CTO Metrology team in Westborough, MA.

This on-site internship offers exposure to laboratory methods and data collection. The role requires current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or higher program, basic knowledge of biomolecules, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of biomolecules from coursework or lab work.
• General familiarity with standard laboratory practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard lab techniques and basic protocols.
• Support microscopy-based studies and imaging analysis (training provided).
• Perform routine laboratory tasks including solution prep, equipment setup, and data recording.
