Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician to support production and testing of new filtration products at the Westborough, MA site. You will assist with product designs, scale-up, and optimization under the Filtration R&D New Product Development Team.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, collaboration, and continuous improvement within Danaher’s system. On-site position with travel expectations up to 5% and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Engineering Technician experience in product or process development, or 2+ years in filtration manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and exceptional self-motivation.
• Able to independently resolve general issues with minimal reliance on others.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technical expertise to the new product development team to fabricate and test advanced filtration products.
• Test new products in lab environments, including characterization, failure mode analysis, and protein testing of filtration devices.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and order supplies/instruments for team projects.
