Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a RG Manufacturing Coordinator to join our on-site team in Fargo, ND. You will coordinate production workflows, manage lot and inventory processes, and support quality, compliance and safety initiatives to ensure efficient operations.

You will report to the RG Manufacturing Support Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within our life-sciences manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities, manage lots and inventory, maintain schedules and support cross-functional teams.
• Track and report operational metrics, monitor data, prepare reports and identify trends.
• Maintain quality, compliance and safety standards through checks and safety initiatives.
