Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role or service environment.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and closeout under guidance of Senior PM.
• Track timelines, milestones, client materials, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate with scientific, operations, and finance teams to support timely project execution.
• Draft client communications and prepare proposals and documents.
• Manage meetings, agendas, decisions, and action items; summarize after-action notes.
