Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant with biotechnology/pharma expertise to join our San Francisco Bay Area team. You will drive project management execution, build schedules and cost plans, and engage with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value on client engagements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 3–10 years in biotech/pharma project management, and ideally PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 3–10 years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical project management.
• Background in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices; knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management execution across project scope.
• Develop schedules, timelines, and cost plans aligned with objectives and budgets.
• Initiate and manage dynamic solutions for delivery challenges.
• Lead project-level communications and prepare executive updates.
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans.
• Coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders.
