Job summary

Project Farma is seeking a Project Controls Manager or Director to lead biomanufacturing programs across the full engineering lifecycle. You will collaborate with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver disciplined schedules, cost tracking and performance reporting from concept through validation.

Ideal candidates bring 5–15 years of relevant experience, reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC, and are willing to travel domestically to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to biomanufacturing across the entire engineering lifecycle.
• Deliver high quality work and maintain valuable client relationships.
• Lead a team of project engineers in performance and deliverables.
• Develop project tools such as site dashboards, detailed schedules and trackers.
• Perform due diligence, quality checks and reporting across project controls.
