Job summary

Genoskin is seeking a Production Associate for our Salem, MA facility. The role focuses on manufacturing and quality control of human skin models such as NativeSkin and HypoSkin, following GMP-like practices and SOPs to ensure high-quality products for clients.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team to execute production plans, maintain thorough documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in biotech/production environment preferred.
• Experience working in regulated environments and following SOPs/quality standards.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce human skin models and cell products per production schedule.
• Perform QA/QC controls including histology analysis.
• Document all activities and report deviations promptly.
• Maintain inventory and stock of laboratory consumables.
• Create and review SOPs/MOPs and ensure data integrity.
