Job summary

Genoskin is seeking a Production Associate in Salem, MA to support the manufacturing and quality control of human skin models and cell products in a GLP-regulated environment.

You will follow SOPs/MOPs, document all activities, manage lab supplies, and report deviations promptly while ensuring data integrity and timely shipment of samples.

A Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field and at least 2 years in biotech or lab production are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in biology or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in biotech, research, manufacturing, or lab production.
• Experience with SOPs and quality systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce human skin models and cell products according to schedule.
• Perform QA/QC controls including histology analysis.
• Document activities and report deviations promptly.
• Maintain inventory and prepare shipment documents.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability throughout the project.
• Conduct routine lab cleaning and maintain safety standards.
