Terrestrial Bio, Inc. seeks a scientist to own the scientific side of preclinical studies in MA, designing experiments, analyzing data, and reporting results. You will work with the in vivo team and study manager to ensure alignment with the study design.

Responsibilities include skin characterization, PK and variability analyses, study reports, and regulatory document contributions. This onsite role requires a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience, in Woburn/Allston locations.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacology, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with noncompartmental PK analysis and biological variability.
• Experience designing in vivo studies and endpoint selection.
• Hands-on tissue characterization and ex vivo models.
• Proven scientific writing in study reports and publications.
• Strong communication to scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Aufgaben

• Study Design: author in vivo and ex vivo study protocols with endpoints and schedules.
• Skin Characterization: lead design and analysis of skin studies.
• Variability Analysis: quantify variability and propose design changes.
• PK & Statistical Analysis: perform noncoMP PK and statistics.
• Study Reports: write reports and regulatory document sections.
• Scientific Oversight: oversee studies with the in vivo team and manager.
• Cross-Functional Support: share data with Formulation, Device Engineering, and Analytics.
