Job summary

BPS Bioscience in San Diego is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product management efforts, including datasheet management and product releases, with collaboration across R&D, Marketing, and Sales.

The role requires a Life Science degree with lab experience (3–5 years) or a master's, plus strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead datasheet management and support product releases.
• Perform competitive analysis and assess pricing.
• Coordinate launch activities with R&D, Marketing and Sales.
• Provide product information and launch materials to Sales.
• Track launch performance metrics and KPIs.
• Enter and maintain data in product management systems.
• Prepare and update product datasheets for accuracy.
