Job summary

ZymoChem, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Pilot Production Operator to support the Materials Development team with small production runs and product testing in the bio-based materials field. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pilot-scale production setup, execution, and monitoring under supervision.
• Record process times, temperatures, weights, yields, and lot numbers in batch logs.
• Collect samples and assist with sample preparation and testing.
• Maintain lab spaces, equipment cleanliness, and 5S activities.
• Perform basic lab support tasks and data entry as needed.
• Ensure safe operation and reporting of alarms or deviations.
