Job summary

Samsung Biologics, located in Maryland, seeks a HR Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate, on-time employee pay and a positive experience. The role spans payroll, benefits, leave administration, and lifecycle processes in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll processing, verification of timekeeping, bonuses and retroactive adjustments, onboarding/offboarding in Workday/ADP, and supporting benefits with leave tracking.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience, preferred 1–3 years, ADP WFN or similar software.
• Manufacturing or biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred, large workforce (500+).
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail to prevent financial errors.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly payroll process for all employees.
• Verify timekeeping records and hours worked for accuracy.
• Compute and process bonuses and retroactive adjustments.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: enter new hire payroll profiles into Workday/ADP.
• Support benefits & payroll partner with leave tracking and open enrollment.
