Output Labs, based in San Francisco, seeks a partnerships-focused business development professional to drive collaborations in biotech and AI. You will map the partner landscape, own the pipeline, and translate capabilities for external partners while coordinating with founders.

You will build and maintain cross-ecosystem relationships, manage meetings, and ensure follow-through across science and business teams to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• You understand the drug discovery landscape and how deals in this space are typically structured.
• You can operate across pharma/biotech and broader AI/tech ecosystems and synthesize complex information into credible materials.

Responsabilités

• Map the partner landscape in drug discovery and identify pharma/biotech opportunities aligned with Output's offerings.
• Own the pipeline by building target lists, account plans, and a prioritized funnel.
• Prepare partner-ready materials translating Output's capabilities for each partner.
• Build and maintain a network across ecosystems and represent Output at events.
• Run the meeting cycle with founders, coordinating follow-ups and next steps.
• Coordinate between science/tech teams and prospective partners to scope requirements.
