The program runs about 13 weeks, starting Summer 2027, with mentoring, coaching, and an in-person week at Amgen's Thousand Oaks, CA campus to develop leadership excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and enrolled in an MBA, Masters, PharmD or PhD program.
• Candidates should show strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, engineering, healthcare, or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete an internship project within the Operations function at Amgen.
• Contribute to core business priorities and learn through mentoring and networking.
• Participate in virtual presentations and an in-person week at Thousand Oaks headquarters.
