Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in materials management, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or production support.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical material handling safely.
• Self-starter who works independently after training and communicates proactively.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Good judgment and discretion, especially with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and process deliveries across multiple carriers daily to align with timelines.
• Execute SOP-governed intake, collect COAs, release materials, and track end-to-end.
• Prepare outbound shipments with proper packaging and carrier handoff.
• Maintain records of materials received, quarantined, released, and shipped using tracking tools.
• Monitor purchasing dashboards and escalate delays to stakeholders.
• Provide light office management, mail handling, and vendor scheduling as needed.
• Support procurement activities, placing orders and reconciling records.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality management requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve materials workflows and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
