Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Team player who works independently and collaboratively.
• Based in or able to commute to Houston, TX.
• Background in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related fields) welcomed.
• Experience in event planning or trade show logistics.
• Portfolio or samples of content creation (social media, blog posts, or marketing collateral).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar).
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for regional and national events, including BioConnects, Lunch & Learns, and industry trade shows.
• Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling content for social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• KOL & Association Engagement: Build relationships with KOLs and scientific associations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, sales, and operations teams for campaigns and launches.
• Marketing Operations: Assist with budgets and lead management.
