Job summary

Teiko is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to join our commercial team. You will own social, email, events, paid media and our website, contributing to everything marketing. You will establish a reliable cadence of content to generate market-qualified leads and grow followers.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and have room to grow into a Marketing Manager role as you learn the science and translate it into customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of marketing experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, or closely related role.
• Science background: degree in life science or adjacent STEM.
• Channel ownership: led at least one channel (social, email, events, etc.).
• CRM and web fluency: experience with marketing email, lists, campaigns and reporting; CMS, publishing and SEO hygiene.
• Design ability: capable of completing graphic/layout tasks without a separate designer.
• Bullish on AI: actively uses AI tools in daily marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Own Social and LinkedIn calendar: write, design, schedule, publish, and report engagement monthly.
• Own Email and campaigns: monthly newsletter and conference campaigns from list building to follow-up.
• Run Events and conferences: logistics, on-site delivery, campaigns and follow-up in HubSpot.
• Own Paid media: LinkedIn and Google campaigns, audience build, creative, budgeting and cost-per-lead reporting.
• Own Website: page builds, CMS updates, GEO/SEO hygiene and data landing pages.
