Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-project management.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for regional and national events, including BioConnects, Lunch & Learns, and industry trade shows.
• Draft and edit content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, and scientific associations.
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Assist with administrative marketing tasks, budget tracking, and lead management.
