Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Must pass aseptic gowning qualifications (including full PPE)
• Computer literacy (internet, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and wear respirator
• Night shift: Sun–Thu, 10 PM–6:30 AM
• TB titer and Chest X-ray clearance required

Responsibilities

• Supports project team as operations expert through start-up, commissioning, qualification and ramp up of the facility
• Authors, reviews, and edits operations and technical documents (Batch Records, SOPs, Job Aides, training, and engineering)
• Identifies and addresses compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations
• Participates in team meetings and lean initiatives (HAZOPS, Kaizen events, 5S)
• Maintains equipment knowledge and detailed records, supports OPEX activities
