Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a privately held Massachusetts contractor focused on biotech and life sciences construction. The role oversees 2–5 active projects across the Greater Boston area from preconstruction through closeout.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years as a superintendent, project manager, or hybrid role, with strong MEP experience and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam; local MA with commute to Fitchburg/Devens.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or hybrid role.
• Experience managing MEP-intensive projects (mechanical, plumbing, process piping).
• Experience in laboratory, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare construction.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and site management.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• Massachusetts resident or local commuting to Fitchburg/Devens.

Mansioni

• Manage and oversee 2-5 active projects across Greater Boston.
• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout on biotech and life science projects.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with field superintendents and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, procurement, logistics, and sequencing.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and best practices.
• Wear multiple hats supporting Superintendent, PM, and leadership duties.
