Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent or assistant superintendent experience with a general contractor or CM.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, healthcare or life sciences projects.
• Experience in occupied or live facilities preferred.
• Procore and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication; able to manage subcontractors in the field.
• OSHA 30 required.

Compensation

Base salary up to $170,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus, truck, gas and comprehensive benefits package.
