Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team and oversee complex commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile life science, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, and institutional projects while working directly on-site alongside clients and field teams.
Our client is a highly respected construction manager and builder with a specialized focus on life sciences, laboratory, manufacturing, and technically challenging commercial projects throughout Massachusetts. With annual construction volume exceeding $100M and a team of approximately 56 employees, the company has built a reputation for successfully delivering projects ranging from tenant fit-outs and renovations to complex ground-up developments.
What differentiates this organization is its commitment to a fully integrated, site-based project management approach. Project Managers and Superintendents work directly from project sites rather than a corporate office, allowing for greater responsiveness, stronger client relationships, and superior project execution. The company has developed long-standing partnerships with leading MEP trade partners, architects, and consultants, making them one of the most sought-after builders within the life sciences market.
Projects are exclusively private-sector and located throughout the Route 495 corridor, with current work in areas including Lexington, Devens, Northborough, Marlborough, Watertown, and future projects in Burlington, Waltham, and Concord.
