Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission in good standing with CA or eligibility to register as CA In-House Counsel.
• 15+ years in corporate and transactional law, preferably in biotech/life sciences.
• Strong experience with entity formation, intercompany arrangements, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Osanni's principal legal advisor to CEO, leadership, and Board.
• Design and own the hub-and-spoke legal architecture and affiliate formation playbooks.
• Lead intercompany framework, cost sharing, and transfer pricing collaborations.
