Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA seeks an Engineer, IT Shared Services to own and manage the cell therapy site IT landscape, including network, servers, HMIs, printers and security. You will serve as the CTF IT Cybersecurity POC, drive patching, and oversee IT lifecycle management in a biotech manufacturing environment.

The role requires a B.S. in engineering or MIS, 4+ years biotech manufacturing experience, knowledge of GDPs, 21 CFR Part 11, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and strong

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or MIS discipline.
• Experience with Cybersecurity, patching and IT Life Cycle Management in biotech manufacturing.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in biotech manufacturing and supply chain.
• Knowledge of GDPs and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Cell Therapy Facility IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT shared landscape across the Cell Therapy site IT systems including Network, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains.
• Be a CTF IT Cybersecurity POC and own the system patching effort for various local IT systems.
• Monitor, track and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Infrastructure.
• Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
• Support Disaster Recovery and be the main POC during P1 and P2 ServiceNow tickets.
• Accountable for uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T Manufacturing.
