Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced IT leader to own the site IT landscape for a Cell Therapy facility. You will oversee architecture, infrastructure, network, and security as the primary POC for cybersecurity and patching. The role requires hands‑on biotech manufacturing IT experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

You will also monitor ServiceNow tickets, manage spares, and support disaster recovery while ensuring 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems at the Bothell site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MIS.
• 4+ years of hands‑on biotech manufacturing IT experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity, patching and IT Life Cycle Management in a bio‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GDP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC regulations (21 CFR part 11) and good documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Cell Therapy Facility IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IT shared landscape across Cell Therapy site IT systems (architecture, infrastructure, network, servers, HMIs, printers).
• Serve as CTF IT Cybersecurity POC and own system patching for local IT systems.
• Monitor and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Infrastructure.
