Job summary

Cogent Biosciences seeks a Manager, Communications and Investor Relations to drive an integrated communications and IR strategy. You’ll partner with commercial, medical, clinical, people & culture, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, you will draft press releases, manage the corporate calendar, oversee social media programs, and coordinate investor events while ensuring legal and regulatory review aligns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years at publicly traded biotech/biopharma in corporate communications or IR.
• Exceptional writing across press releases, social content, web copy, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core messaging framework across external and internal materials.
• Draft press releases and coordinate legal review.
• Manage corporate calendar and internal communications with People Team.
• Lead social media execution and content calendar across platforms.
• Coordinate investor relations activities, earnings calls, and conferences.
• Support IR website and investor data quality.
