BioTalent, part of The IN Group, is hiring for a Business Development Executive or Senior to Principal Consultant in Boston. This client-facing role offers ownership of your market, development of relationships with biotech and pharma clients, and delivery of top-tier talent solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven, consistent billing in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong business development and a consultative approach.
• Biotech, pharma or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with leadership, ambition and resilience.
• Results-driven with a focus on performance and money.
• Organized, reliable and high standards in execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and land-and-expand strategies in biotech/pharma.
• Source and headhunt top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and life sciences channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide consultative advice.
• Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and CRM systems.
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships across your network.
