This high-visibility, hands-on role will develop headcount forecasts, scenario models, and insights that inform critical business decisions as the company grows toward its next phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in biotech or life sciences.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and variance analysis.
• Experience with consolidation and exec reporting packages.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling and scenario analysis.
• Exposure to clinical development finance or commercial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate and G&A functions, including headcount planning.
• Develop headcount forecasts, scenario models, and analyses with HR and functional leaders.
• Evaluate impact of workforce planning and operating expenses on cash flow and financial runway.
• Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Enhance consolidated financial reporting and executive-level presentations.
• Translate financial data into clear insights, highlighting performance, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities, accruals, and data integrity.
• Support leadership reviews with financial analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Technical Operations, Commercial, HR, and Corporate functions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and build scalable models.
