Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive facilities leadership experience in regulated industries such as biotech/pharma.
Demonstrated GMP/non-GMP lab support experience and familiarity with lab infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute facilities, operations, and EH&S strategy.
Lead facilities operations for GLP lab, GMP manufacturing support, and offices.
Oversee capital projects, maintenance programs, and vendor management.
Partner across functions to enable scientific excellence and operational efficiency.
