Qualifications

• University/college degree in health care or related field; clinical licensure preferred.
• 7+ years in clinical operations, study coordination, data management, or nursing.
• Understanding of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical trial activities ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Support IND submissions, protocols/amendments, ICFs and site budgets.
• Develop operational strategies including site feasibility and vendor selection.
• Manage trial timelines, budgets, vendor oversight, and risk management.
• Maintain Trial Master File and study metrics with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate drug supply and investigational product release with sites.
