Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field with 2+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with related experience.
• Experience with chromatography, harvest, UF/DF, and viral clearance steps.
• Comfort with emerging digital tools and AI-enabled processes for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with basic bioprocess control systems and study documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute chromatography, harvest operations, UF/DF, and viral clearance experiments.
• Support downstream process development across micro to pilot scales.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and instrument readiness.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on large experiments and studies.
• Document work in electronic notebooks with clear, complete records.
• Perform data analysis to review trends and support conclusions.
• Prepare technical summaries and study updates to share results.
