Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Paralegal certificate or JD strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of contracts management experience in biotech or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the CLM system (e.g., Ironclad).
• Draft, review, and coordinate execution of NDAs, consulting agreements, SOWs, CTAs, MTAs, and vendor agreements.
• Identify and assess legal and business risks and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and industry best practices.
• Maintain records of contract status, terms, and renewal dates.
• Collaborate with R&D, Finance, and Clinical teams for timely contract processing.
• Assist with improving contract templates, playbooks, and workflows.
