Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership (Washington preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of combined law firm and/or in-house legal experience in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years drafting/negotiating clinical trial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of clinical and ancillary agreements.
• Review contracts for legal risks and business impact; advise internal stakeholders.
