Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of clinical and related agreements.
• Provide practical legal guidance on contracting terms, IP, indemnification, and liability.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training materials for contract processes.
• Monitor obligations and support contract compliance and risk mitigation.
