GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to conduct high-volume recruitment for a ~6 month period, onsite in Piscataway, NJ (4 days/week on-site, 1 day remote). Compensation is approximately $40–$43 per hour based on experience.

The role involves passive sourcing, phone screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding support, and ensuring compliance with EEO/ADA requirements. Prior biotech recruiting experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume recruitment for US positions from technical and cultural perspectives.
• Perform passive sourcing to diversify pipelines for mid-senior to upper management roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with the talent team.
• Host weekly new hire orientation sessions and support onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO and ADA guidelines and laws.
