Job summary
Spear Bio is seeking a Commercial Development Lead to drive revenue through assay development services and strategic market expansions. You will collaborate with our Business Development team and assay scientists to tailor solutions for customers in the Northeast and beyond.
With an advanced degree in biology-related field and 5+ years in technical sales, you will translate scientific capabilities into client value, manage relationships, and travel as needed, including occasional European
Qualifications
- 5+ years of established track record in technical sales or business development presenting ultrasensitive immunoassays or related products.
- Advanced degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or related field.
- Knowledge of protein biomarkers and relevant market segments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Assay Development Service efforts to drive revenue growth and expand utilization of SPEAR Bio technology.
- Partner with Business Development and Assay Services leaders to deliver market solutions.
- Expand outreach to relevant markets leveraging your network and biomarker opportunities.
- Develop solutions by running samples and demonstrating capabilities to customers.
