Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Union Blending Operator LG4 for Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm in Kentucky. You will perform manufacturing of high-quality biological products, ensure regulatory compliance, and support aseptic processes.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining calibration, training others, and assisting in transferring new processes. The role requires teamwork, attention to safety, and adherence to GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to train others.
• Mathematical skills for calculations, conversions, and percentages.
• Ability to use basic logic to identify and solve problems.
• Knowledge of GMP/documentation practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews and audits records, calibration, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reads and follows schedules, procedures, and documents.
• Assists in training other employees in area of responsibility.
• Operates production equipment and monitors PLC/controllers in the department.
• Aseptically gathers and transfers samples for QC testing.
• Maintains equipment calibration schedules and assists in validation activities.
• Verifies formulations and conducts inventory counts; reconciles SAP records.
